We are excited to announce the release of Codee 2023.1, which further improves the capabilities of our platform for automatic code inspection specifically designed to improve the performance of C/C++/Fortran applications.
Codee 2023.1 features a new static code analyzer standardized report. A new Codee Checks Report lists all the checkers of the performance optimization best practices open catalog that are applicable to the input source code. Look at an example output below:

New checkers for automation of single-core performance optimizations targeting microcontrollers, microprocessors and accelerators. Codee provides a perfect complement to the compiler by pinpointing opportunities for using special hardware instructions, simplifying the control flow of the source code, and increasing memory efficiency through sequential memory access patterns. Download the leaflet about the loop interchange use case for more information.
New integration with Intel oneAPI compilers for C/C++/Fortran. Completed the transition from Intel Classic compilers to the new Intel oneAPI compilers, including support for compiler’s flags and optimization reports. The ongoing fruitful cooperation in the scope of Intel oneAPI for Startups is enabling a deeper integration of Codee into the Intel Software Development tools ecosystem. Stay tuned by subscribing to Codee newsletter!
Finally, we have started to create a Codee Community focused on performance optimization best practices for C and Fortran in the scope of the embedded software and high performance computing domains. Join our community → to be the first to try new Codee features, contribute with ideas, and get access to exclusive code performance resources.
